Golf 6 R "Raptor" valve exhaust

In 2011, we developed the first Golf 6 R exhaust system and downpipe on our Dynojet and have continuously improved and adapted it to changing conditions ever since.

The 76mm RAPTOR system from the catalytic converter onwards is EG-approved and registration-free. When combined with the DTH ECE downpipe, this system already increases performance to 300+ HP / 390 Nm. Many doubted this, but it has been repeatedly measured on our Dynojet test bench.

The system includes a resonator (VSD) in the downpipe, located directly behind the catalytic converter. Filled with heat-resistant insulation material, the VSD ensures the signature DTH sound.

At the rear silencer (ESD), exhaust gases flow directly through both tailpipes into the open air when the valve is open.

Under the "Downpipe" tab, you can configure the system's design. If a DTH ECE downpipe is installed, the VSD is integrated into the downpipe.

The system can be registered with us in-house from the turbo onwards.

In 2022, we had a complete performance package tested in an emissions laboratory with TÜV approval. This package includes:

• DTH Downpipe
• DTH Raptor
• Wagner Intercooler (LLK)
• HG HFI Intake
• DTH Stage III tuning to 350 HP / 480 Nm

We can legally offer this combination with registration.

Other tuning stages available:

• Stage I: 310 HP
• Stage II: 325 HP (in combination with DTH ECE DP)

• 101mm tailpipes
